"Susan and I want to thank you and your staff for a outstanding week of service and support to our club during our ski vacation!  The staff at the Highlands Resort  were always helpful and assisted us no matter what the request.  We had one individual who lost his lift ticket on the Mountain in the Bachelor's Gulch area.  He called the front desk and told them what unit he was in and where he put the lift ticket receipt.  The front dest sent an individual to the unit found the receipt and called in the lift ticket numbers to him.  He obtained a  replacement ticket from the lift ticket sales window  and was out skiing with minimal loss of time!  This is what I call "extreme" service.  Thanks for all your help too in making this a memorable ski vacation for all of the Pensacola Ski Club members who went with us.  I look forward to working with you in the future"
