Download a list of services that our concierges can arrange for you prior to arrival. To allow time to confirm your requests, this form must be completed no later than 1 weeks prior to arrival. Please be as specific as possible in your selections. For more information, contact your designated concierge.
Click on the WINTER or SUMMER Concierge Checklist (pfd file), print and return this completed checklist with any other attachments AT LEAST ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL. Print out a PDF form, fill out and then fax in to 970-949-5526 or email to bcconcierge@eastwestresorts.com
