Create a dream vacation with fewer hassles and leave the details of planning your Beaver Creek vacation to East West Resorts' professional concierge staff. This amenity allows additional time to enjoy all that Beaver Creek and the Vail Valley offer.
Upon booking your stay with East West Resorts, take time to complete a pre-arrival concierge form. Click on the WINTER or SUMMER Concierge Checklist (adobe pdf file), print and return the completed checklist with any other attachments AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.
There is no additional cost for any service provided through East West Resorts' concierge staff in Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch. The exception is grocery delivery services. In addition to the cost of groceries, there is a $35.00 delivery charge, as well as a 20% service charge.

- Arrangements for private ski & snowboard intruction through Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School
- In-house rentals (fax machine, humidifiers, roll away beds, highchairs, cribs, grills, or babygates)
- Advice and reservations for area activities from snowmobiling to snowshoeing
